STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS ON HOW TO MAKE A FAUX WEDDING CAKE:

In this workshop, you will design and build a dummy a 3-tier wedding cake to show customers your ability to make a wedding cake. You will learn how to work with styrofoam tiers and covering them appropriately. You will also work with wafer paper to decorate and add elegance to your cake. Learn as bakers ask questions and work together. Finish by choosing your own style of wafer paper decor.
